**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our team at BGIS. As a Finance Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting our finance functions and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide financial assistance to the Finance Manager with routine tasks, including data validation and reconciliation.
  • Support the administration of supplier invoices and accounts, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure compliance with contracts and business systems.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis, providing insights to inform business decisions.

**Requirements:**

  • High School Certificate or equivalent.
  • Formal qualifications in administration or bookkeeping.
  • Accounts Payable experience desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
