Early Learning Program Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead Educator to join our team.
As a key member of the Centre Leadership Team, you will play a vital role in supporting Educators to deliver high-quality early learning programs that cater to the unique needs of each child.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement innovative early learning programs that reflect current best practice and research-based approaches
- Provide coaching and guidance to Educators to support their teaching practice and career development
- Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues to ensure a strong sense of community and belonging
- Document and share children's learning and development with families, highlighting progress and achievements
- Contribute to the implementation and adoption of the Guardian Curriculum, ensuring alignment with national and state regulations
- A completed Certificate III and/or Diploma in Children's Services (or working towards)
- Prior experience in long day-care, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality programs
- A sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the NQF and the EYLF
- Current Working with Children's Check
