About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled mechanic to join our team as a workshop and field service technician. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Light Vehicle Technician or Heavy Duty Diesel mechanic looking to transition into a role that offers a great work-life balance.

As a Workshop and Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing service and maintenance on a variety of company vehicles, including trucks, vans, utes, and street sweepers. You will also attend breakdowns to diagnose and repair faults, offer timely support and information to customers, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine vehicle servicing and maintenance tasks.
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical faults.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of work performed.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Cert 3 or 4 in Automotive Technician or be a Qualified Automotive/Diesel Mechanic with relevant experience. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a strong understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. A valid driver's license and a team player attitude are also essential.
