Job Opportunity

We collaborate with businesses to develop innovative restructuring solutions, drive growth and recovery.

As a key member of our team in Brisbane, we seek Associate/Managers to contribute to our clients' success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with clients to design and implement restructuring strategies.
  • Contribute as part of an engagement team, working across multiple workstreams.
  • Analyse financial data, diagnose issues, and provide recommendations for clients.
  • Help clients evaluate and understand their business performance and position.
  • Implement tailored solutions for clients, including asset sales, capital structure reorganisation, or trading businesses.
  • Build professional networks, participate in business development initiatives, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Engage in ongoing learning and development through training opportunities and support the team's growth through coaching and mentoring.
Required Skills

You possess:

  • Curiosity, empathy, integrity, and strong interpersonal qualities.
  • Tertiary qualifications in accounting or finance, pursuing or completed CA qualification.
  • Advanced Excel skills and analytical abilities.
  • A desire to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues.
    • Structured problem-solving, organisation, and project management skills.
    • Hands-on experience in fast-paced environments with commercial acumen.
    • Willingness to travel depending on client locations.
