As a Packaging Manager, you will be responsible for driving sustainable packaging solutions and partnering with suppliers to develop and implement new packaging formats.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and implementation of innovative packaging solutions that meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with suppliers to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce waste.
- Investigate packaging-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Explore new packaging materials and structures, providing recommendations on formats, quality, and cost.
- 5+ years of experience in FMCG as a Packaging Technologist/Manager.
- Technical knowledge of various packaging materials and structures.
- Experience in assessing and optimizing manufacturing packaging processes.
- Excellent understanding of PREP and APCO packaging requirements.
