We are seeking an experienced and passionate professional to join our dynamic team as a Mixologist and Server.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for crafting and serving a variety of drinks, taking orders, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Mixing, garnishing, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications.
  • Engaging with customers, taking orders, and making recommendations.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
  • Managing liquor supplies and inventory.
  • Ensuring compliance with all alcohol regulations.

As a server, the candidate will provide an exceptional dining experience by offering personalized service to our guests. Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting guests and presenting the menu.
  • Taking and serving food and drink orders.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and handling any inquiries or complaints.
  • Processing payments and maintaining a clean dining area.
  • Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a similar role. Prior experience is not mandatory, but a passion for delivering exceptional service is essential.

**Job Type:** Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Afternoon shift

- Evening shift

- Rotating roster

**Qualifications:**

  • Customer service experience: 1 year (required)
  • RSA (required)
  • Australia work authorization (required)
