Bartender/Server

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a part-time Bartender/Server. This role requires 25 hours of work per week, where the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the oversight of our current cocktail menu, including understanding ratios and prebatching house cocktails according to spec.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for food and beverage, with experience working in high-volume cocktail bars. They should have a solid grasp of the English Language and be able to effectively communicate with customers.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting with the creation and implementation of new cocktail specials
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Providing exceptional customer service
Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2 years of bartending experience
  • Australian RSA licence
  • Work authorisation for Australia

Ability to commute from Manly, NSW 2095 is essential, with relocation to the area required before starting work.
