Key Roles and Responsibilities

The Systems Engineering Lead will own the development, implementation, and maintenance of systems engineering activities across the full lifecycle of aerospace vehicles and their supporting elements.

  • Lead a multidisciplinary team of systems and test engineers in fast-paced settings.
  • Manage systems engineering from concept to deployment with collaboration between Engineering Leaders.
  • Ensure alignment and successful project outcomes through continuous improvement of tools and processes.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor degree in an Engineering or STEM discipline and hands-on experience in systems engineering. Key skills include strong leadership, agile decision-making, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Jira, and MS Project.

Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in an Engineering or STEM discipline.
  • Experience in a team lead, engineering management, or coordination role in a fast-paced setting.
  • Hands-on experience in systems engineering.
