About the Role

The Finance Business Partner is a key role within the Central Adelaide Local Health Network, responsible for providing financial leadership and support to the Program Leadership Team. This includes delivering financial insights, driving financial performance, and ensuring financial control of the Program's operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a robust finance governance framework and structure for the Program.
  • Reinforce a culture of financial performance accountability and empowerment.
  • Maintain an effective performance reporting framework that cascades through the Program.
  • Implement effective strategies in managing financial performance, monitoring, forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
  • Provide business financial analysis and actionable insights, including continuous improvement initiatives, benchmark comparisons, and business case development.
