As a key player in the Residential Property Management team in our Launceston office, you will be supporting the team in leasing properties and providing excellent administrative support to ensure a seamless service to our clients.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • You will provide expert administrative support to the team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
  • You will organise the advertising of properties, open homes, and property showings, maximising promotional opportunities.
  • You will assess tenancy applications, working closely with the Elders team to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • You will help clients explore new innovative opportunities, leveraging Elders' network and resources.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Prior customer service experience, preferably in a related industry.A Property Representative Licence or the ability to obtain one soon.A current driver's licence.Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.A keen eye for detail and organisational skills.The ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.

About the Opportunity

This is a full-time, fixed-term (12-month) opportunity offering an attractive salary range of AU$55,000 - AU$65,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
