We are seeking a Residential Support Worker to provide a safe, stable and respectful home environment for young people on remand.

You will support daily routines, encourage positive choices and help participants meet their bail conditions.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A Certificate III in Community Services, Youth Work or 1+ year of relevant experience
  • Experience working with young people, including those with complex needs
  • Strong communication skills and cultural awareness, particularly with Aboriginal communities
  • Practical skills in household tasks, documentation and Microsoft Office
  • Calm, resilient and respectful approach
  • A current National Police Check (within 3 months), Working With Children Check and First Aid Certificate
  • A valid Driver's Licence and ability to obtain DOJ identity verification
