Civil Team Lead Position

We are seeking an experienced Civil Team Lead to oversee and manage various projects from conception to completion.

  • Responsibilities will include project planning, design deliverables, and client liaison.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to manage team resources, coordinate designs and projects, and deliver services to client requirements.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised tertiary institution.
  • Chartered Professional Engineer status and Registered Professional Engineer Queensland (RPEQ) qualified.
  • 8-10 years of experience as a civil engineer.
  • A proven track record in allocation of team resources, coordination, designs, and projects.
  • Demonstrated and proven experience in managing subdivision projects of varying size and complexity.
