The Role

This casual position involves providing person-centered support to NDIS participants across the Illawarra region. You'll work independently or as part of a team, providing assistance with daily living tasks, domestic support, transport, and social activities.

You'll be working with a diverse range of clients, each with their own unique needs and goals. Your role will involve building strong relationships, understanding individual requirements, and adapting your approach to meet their evolving needs.

This role is ideal for someone who is flexible, reliable, and able to think on their feet. You'll need to be comfortable communicating effectively via WhatsApp group chats and responding promptly to changing circumstances.

Essential Requirements
  • Manual handling and hoist/lifter experience.
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Working With Children Check (WWCC).
  • NDIS Workers Orientation Module completed.
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
  • Australian working rights.
