About the Role

United Petroleum is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of best-in-class operations, training, and support functions across our growing network of 275+ sites nationally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Administration: Administer our Learning Management System, World Manager - Step UP, including setting up new team members, placing communication/notices to sites, and creating new training modules/updates to existing training.
  • Training Coordination: Coordinate Pie Face training, including scheduling and booking of training, issuing of training certificates and licenses, and reviewing/updating content to ensure best practice learning.
  • Compliance Oversight: Oversee Pie Face compliance, working closely with our sites to ensure 100% adherence to brand standards, addressing and closing out any identified issues to maximize sales and ensure a first-class customer experience.
  • Administrative Support: Provide required administrative support to Pie Face operations, including regular reporting on site performance, compliance, status of project rollouts, and any other required matters.
  • Communication and Reporting: Prepare and distribute regular site-based communications, including the weekly newsletter, in an impactful and effective way.
  • Site Visits and Training: Conduct site visits and deliver in-store training as required to support operations.
Requirements
  • Prior relevant work experience in the retail, hospitality, or petrol/convenience space.
  • Prior relevant work experience as a Trainer.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
  • Great written and verbal communication skills.
  • Resilience, the ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Advanced numeracy and computer skills, including MS Office and World Manager (preferred).
  • Ability to follow through and ensure close out of issues promptly.
  • Proficiency in writing detailed reports and clear store communications.
  • Great with command prompt and Excel skills, such as V-lookups.
  • The ability to question and challenge the status quo to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • A true team player, able to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
  • Customer-focused and solutions-driven.
