Training Administrator

We are seeking a highly capable Training Administrator to join our WHSE&T team at Multiplex. This is a new opportunity for a skilled professional to play a key part in the team, responsible for carrying out administration support for all training needs for the QLD region, including Multiplex employees and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the project training schedule
  • Maintain all training data and documents on the Multiplex operating systems
  • Coordinate training for project-based staff as per the training needs analysis matrix
  • Provide data for project reporting

We are looking for a competent Administrator who has worked in a fast-paced Administration role, has a can-do attitude with a strong work ethic and is willing to go the extra mile. Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills, including Excel, are a must, as are stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to multitask. As data entry is a strong component of the role, we are looking for someone with meticulous attention to detail.
