Job Opportunity

The Sydney Catholic Early Childhood Services is seeking a highly skilled Administration Officer to provide administrative support and assistance to the Centre.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide efficient, accurate, timely and effective administrative support and assistance to the Centre.
  • Be the first point of contact at reception.
  • Answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls as required.
  • Assist with accounts tasks when necessary.
  • Process enrollments and maintain up-to-date documentation.
  • Ensure rooms and office areas are well-stocked and tidy.
  • Support the Centre Director as needed.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in early childhood or administration.
  • A minimum of 2-4 years' experience in administration.
  • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A valid Working with Children Check.
  • Qualifications in business or office administration are highly regarded.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.
  • Capacity to build rapport with children and their families.
  • A personable approach and professional demeanor.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
