Senior Infrastructure Developer

  • Contribute to planning, investigation, and delivery of capital works and maintenance projects across port assets (civil, structural, mechanical, and marine).
  • Assist in preparing technical documentation including reports, drawings, specifications, and contract materials.
  • Support project management tasks such as budgeting, scheduling, risk assessments, and contractor coordination.
  • Participate in site inspections, audits, and condition assessments under the guidance of senior engineers.
  • Collect and analyze data to support asset performance monitoring and environmental compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure effective asset management.
  • Assist in developing and implementing asset management plans and maintenance strategies.
  • Support initiatives related to safety, quality, environmental compliance, and sustainability.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil or Marine preferred).
  • Strong technical foundation and understanding of engineering principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Project desirable).
  • Full Australian work rights and a valid driver's licence.
  • Willingness to undertake fieldwork and site inspections.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
