**Job Title:** Supply Chain Supervisor

The ideal candidate will possess experience in stock management and a strong problem-solving ability to effectively lead our Purchasing team. The role involves monitoring daily inventory levels, coordinating logistics, and managing stock deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out daily stock reviews and replenishments, ensuring correct internal distribution of inbound stock.
  • Manage an offsite frozen goods storage facility and report any damaged or de-listed stock items.
  • Coordinate stock deliveries from Agility/Bulk Store and replenish equipment from Airlines.
  • Maintain and retrieve documentation for customs audits and reports.
  • Monitor stock date codes and plan equipment orders and levels at kitchen and 3rd party logistics locations.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of 3PL management and airline industry operations beneficial.
  • Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems required.
  • Diplomatic handling of challenging situations essential.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Qualifications include a clear National Police Check (at company expense).
