We are seeking a skilled Contractor Management Professional to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping how we manage contractor relationships across our Pacific Operations.

This is a high-impact role where your ability to influence, coach, and lead change will be essential to success. You will work closely with site teams and business partners to unlock value from contractor engagements, leveraging data, technology, and your commercial acumen to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of contractor management solutions across regional sites.">
  • Coach and influence operational teams to drive contract compliance and financial outcomes.">
  • Develop and train contract owners, procurement, and finance teams in best practices.">
  • Manage frameworks for Management of Change and Productivity systems.">
  • Champion organizational values of care, courage, and curiosity.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong commercial acumen and experience identifying financial opportunities.">
  • Proven contractor management experience.">
  • Advanced analytical skills (Excel, Power BI, MiniTab).">
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.">
  • SAP and Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) expertise.">
  • Effective presentation and communication skills.">
