Job Description

The Site Quality Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the quality of our projects, working closely with site supervisors and contractors. This role requires a strong focus on health, safety, and environment, quality, schedule, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain a site quality system in accordance with company policy and contractual requirements.
  • Support and implement a continuous improvement process to identify areas for improvement and drive strategic problem-solving solutions.
  • Closely coordinate all quality activities with site supervisors and contractors.
  • Evaluate and ensure that all QA/QC inspections and tests are performed in accordance with the quality plan; participate in inspections according to the inspection and test plans (ITPs).
Requirements:
  • A university degree in quality assurance/quality control or equivalent industry experience.
  • Prior experience in quality for large hydroelectric power projects or similar industries.
  • A team player with a customer-centric approach, accountable, and solution-driven.
