About the Role

As an Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for driving the development of our Marketplace and Wine platforms, ensuring they are high-performing, reliable, and meet the needs of our customers. You will mentor and guide a team of skilled full stack developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect and implement scalable solutions using AWS, React, NodeJS, and other relevant web and cloud technologies
  • Oversee the software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver features that align with business goals
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, continually integrating new ideas and best practices to enhance our web applications
