Drive Sustainability in a Dynamic Role

We are seeking a data-focused professional to play a crucial role in driving our recycling initiatives and enhancing supplier performance.

This is an excellent opportunity for you to blend your passion for sustainability with a career that makes a difference. You will be responsible for monitoring budgets, managing recycling stock, setting up SKUs, forecasting demand, and placing orders to keep our recycling consumables well-stocked.

You will also enhance collection networks, improve transportation routes, and minimize our carbon footprint. Additionally, you will coordinate logistics, working closely with internal teams and suppliers, focusing on coffee capsule recycling supply chain, meeting SLA time frames, and implementing tracking systems for transparency.

Reporting on metrics is a key aspect of this role, as you will develop and deliver comprehensive reports on key recycling metrics and KPIs, ensuring they are timely and accurate. Furthermore, you will drive carbon reduction, coordinate plans, track progress, and identify areas for improvement.

Minimizing waste and leading efforts to eliminate single-use plastics is also a priority in this role. You will foster a culture of sustainability by leading audits, conducting corrective actions, and supporting SHEQ audits to promote safety and environmental responsibility.

Analyze data, identify trends, investigate root causes, propose recommendations, create reports and presentations for stakeholders, and maintain our ISO 14001 environmental standard. We are looking for a skilled project manager, data analyst, and logistics optimizer who has a knack for driving change and top performance.

  • Manage the recycling process from end-to-end.
  • Enhance recycling rates through efficient logistics and supply chain management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce waste and increase sustainability.
  • Monitor and report on key recycling metrics and KPIs.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of experience in supply chain or logistics (waste management is an advantage).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
