Solutions Sales Expert

The Senior Solution Sales Executive plays a critical role in driving business growth by identifying and qualifying opportunities for Customer Experience solutions. This individual must develop a comprehensive territory business plan that generates substantial pipeline opportunity, at least 4 times their quota. To achieve this goal, they will work closely with the sales team and regional VAT to educate target accounts on the solution set and conduct account planning for strategic deals.
This role requires a strong ability to create and nurture executive relationships, position the SAP executive team, and develop an opportunity plan containing the value proposition for Customer Experience solutions to potential customers and prospects in the territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute programs to drive pipeline and close deals
- Collaborate with the sales manager and team to identify and qualify opportunities
- Work with the regional VAT to educate target accounts on the solution set and conduct account planning
- Uncover and run sales cycle-based opportunities as directed by the regional sales lead
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience selling Customer Experience solutions
- Proven track record in target achievement
