Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Restoration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in diagnosing and assessing the condition of items and building structures requiring restoration, remediation or repair.

This includes damages from flood, water, storm, mould, fire and smoke. As a Restoration Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard and within agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and assess the condition of items and building structures requiring restoration, remediation or repair.
  • Develop and implement effective restoration plans.
  • Utilise a range of tools and techniques to assess and remediate.
  • Maintain detailed records of restoration activities and outcomes.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality work and outstanding customer service.
  • Computer and technology literacy.
  • Available to work weekends on a rotating roster.
  • Full driver's license and police check.
