Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Pastoral Care Coordinator to join our team on a permanent part-time basis, working 3 days per week in Fortitude Valley QLD.

This rewarding and challenging role offers the opportunity to work with older people, providing aged, health and community services inspired by the Catholic tradition.

To be successful for this role, you will need to have:

  • Background & Qualifications in Pastoral Care
  • Previous pastoral experience in an aged care environment is highly desirable
  • Ability to demonstrate Catholic Healthcare's values of compassion, honesty, hospitality, respect and excellence
  • Highly developed communication, interpersonal and active listening skills
  • Exceptional planning skills and ability to complete computer-based pastoral care plans for each resident
