Effective Project Management is crucial to the success of any organization. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, preferably within the signage industry. They will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining excellent relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including designers, installers, and other project managers.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure projects are progressing as planned.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
  • Monitor and control project expenses, ensuring they align with organizational goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, promoting our services and building repeat business.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a related field, such as construction management, engineering, or business administration.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably within the signage industry.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Project.
