Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to manage various signage projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating project schedules, resources, and budgets.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the signage industry and possess excellent organizational skills, including communication, problem-solving, and time management abilities.

You will work closely with our existing project managers to deliver high-quality projects across various sectors, including building and construction, commercial fit-outs, property development, and sensitive projects in defence, health, and education.

While graphic design and artwork skills are not essential, they would be an asset in this role.

This is a full-time position, and remuneration will be based on the candidate's experience and skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project schedules, resources, and budgets
  • Work closely with project managers to deliver high-quality projects
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Manage project risks and issues
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

Requirements:

  • Experience in the signage industry or similar field
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Graphic design and artwork skills (desirable)
