About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing health and safety recruitment team in Sydney or Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing new business through consistent sales activity and maintaining industry networks.

Your daily tasks will include negotiating and closing commercial terms and conditions with clients aligned to company policy, delivering to client expectations, and being accountable for the complete end-to-end recruitment process.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate previous experience in a 360-recruitment role, sales and client relationship management experience, and the ability to introduce and manage innovative staffing solutions.
