The Role
As a Consultant at Miller Leith, you will play a critical role in connecting businesses with the right talent by understanding the needs and goals of both clients and candidates. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including identifying and sourcing high-quality candidates, conducting thorough interviews, and providing market insights to guide hiring decisions. Your role will involve building strong relationships with clients to understand their organizational culture and talent requirements, as well as advising on best practices in attracting and retaining top talent. Specializing across the Retail Operations, Business Support or Human Resources space, you will be partnering with key international and local retail brands across the luxury retail, big box and QSR space in sourcing talent for them nationally.
Skills and Experience
To be a successful Recruitment Consultant at Miller Leith, you must have a combination of strong interpersonal skills, industry knowledge, and a results-driven mindset. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities are essential to connect with both clients and candidates, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Experience in recruitment or a background in a specific industry, like retail, FMCG, or supply chain, is valuable to gain credibility and provide relevant market insights. You will have excellent problem-solving skills, a consultative approach, and a passion for matching the right talent with the right opportunity are also key traits that enable you to add real value to your clients' hiring strategies and candidates' career paths.
Benefits
In our commitment to empowering people to 'be work-fit for life', our Melbourne, Sydney and Queensland teams shape the cultural experiences they need to realise their full potential, both personally and professionally. Become an integral part of our close and collaborative team where we value passion and a growth mindset for your personal and professional growth through training and networking opportunities. Enjoy the natural beauty that the Gold Coast has to offer with our 9-day fortnight and shape local communities of Queensland through our charitable initiatives. If you're passionate about connecting people with their dream jobs, Miller Leith Gold Coast is the perfect workplace for you
