We are seeking passionate and caring individuals to join our team as Personal Care Assistants. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will work one-on-one with clients, enhancing their quality of life and helping them maintain their independence. You will also have the chance to engage clients in enjoyable activities like exercise, mental stimulation, and hobbies, which can help improve their overall well-being.

The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who is compassionate, empathetic, and has excellent communication skills. You will need to be able to build strong relationships with clients and their families, while also being flexible and adaptable in your approach.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A good command of English and the ability to engage clients in conversation
  • Proof of eligibility to work in Australia
  • Current Police Clearance
  • Current valid driving license
  • Owning a reliable, registered and comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Smart Mobile phone and internet access
