Job Title: Field Marketing Specialist

\

The role of the Field Marketing Specialist is to support the Field Marketing Manager in building a strong local presence for our brand, aligned with global and national strategies. They work closely with the FMM to establish local networks, including opinion-leaders and key influencers, both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Support the development and implementation of field marketing initiatives across four key pillars: Student Marketing, Sports, Culture, and Red Bull Media Network.\
  • Work closely with the FMM to create and execute marketing programs that drive brand health and growth in the local market.\
  • Collaborate with sales teams to drive product availability and stimulate sales.\
  • Manage internal and external requests, ensuring commercial acumen and cross-functional alignment.\
  • Communicate clear expectations and guidelines to Student Marketeers to effectively plan and deliver university initiatives.\
  • Set clear goals and program balance with the Student Marketing Manager and Field Marketing Manager to drive trial and engagement.\\/ul\[

Qualifications:

  • 3 years' work experience in sports or music/culture industry, events, or marketing agency.\
  • 'Executor' who plans and executes events, pulls the trigger on local strategies.\
  • 'Connector' with excellent communication and networking skills.\
  • 'Team Player' who can multi-task and work in cross-functional teams.\
