Our mission is to establish a strong presence in Australia, expanding our services to support young people across the continent. We are seeking an experienced Project Executive to lead this initiative.

This role requires a deep understanding of Australian charity structures and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will have proven experience in delivering high-scale projects, including project scoping, planning, and implementation.

As a remote worker, you will be able to work independently while still being connected to our global team. This opportunity offers professional and personal development in various skill areas, as well as access to bespoke discounts for non-profit workers and volunteers.

Job Description

This exciting role will enable Youth4Youth to begin delivering its services to young people right across Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Reporting directly to the CEO, taking time to understand and learn about the Charity and its objectives;
  • Translating charitable objectives and services to meet the needs of young people in Australia;
  • Developing clear guidance to promote organisational understanding of what is required to establish an Australian subsidiary;
  • BUILDING a project team to collect and collate key information needed to enable this transition;
  • Implementing a structured management of change process to ensure a smooth transition.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Knowledge of Australian charity structures and regulatory requirements;
  • Proven experience in delivering high-scale projects, including project scoping, planning, and implementation;
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, connecting with others in overseas locations;
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
