Wastewater System Manager

The Wastewater System Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of water and wastewater systems.

  • Conducts thorough job planning, attends team meetings and performs workplace inspections to guarantee operational efficiency and employee safety.
  • Leads by example, emphasizing the importance of safety above all else during work execution.
  • Operates, maintains, monitors and repairs water and wastewater assets, operational sites and public facilities as required.
  • Adapts to overtime and roster changes when necessary.
Qualifications
  • Hold or be willing to obtain a Certificate III National Water Package qualification.
  • Be able to work safely in a wastewater environment (sewage) with relevant vaccinations.
  • Have experience with SAP operating system.
  • Possess a Western Australian MR or higher Class Drivers Licence.
  • Hold current Confined Space, Working at Heights and Gas Test Atmospheres tickets.
  • Have experience working with water supply and wastewater systems.
  • Be capable of working a rotating roster.
