Delivering high-quality data center infrastructure is critical to our organization's success.

Job Role

As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for providing full life-cycle support for data centers from design inception through site improvement and maintenance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with vendors to review and validate new data center designs, ensuring they meet our expectations.
  • Acting as a resident engineer during construction projects, supporting commissioning and handover.
  • Troubleshooting and creating corrective action documentation for site/equipment failure.
  • Providing technical support for existing data center upgrades and design-solutions that add capacity, improve availability, and increase efficiency.
  • Supporting operational partners to lead, review, and approve co-location (colo) data center upgrades.
  • Interfacing with various teams to promote standards that maintain consistency and reliability in services delivered by operational partners.
  • Working on concurrent projects, sometimes in multiple regions, and initiating and leading engineering site audits within leased or colo data centers.

A typical day involves interacting with different teams responsible for all aspects of the data centers, prioritizing activities to support data center capacity, availability, and safety.
