We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Trainee Pest Control Service Technician. The successful candidate will provide high quality pest control services to clients and communicate effectively with customers to solve their pest problems.

  • Providing high quality pest control services in a professional manner to clients
  • Communicating pest solutions to customers to solve their pest problems
  • Efficiently managing assigned routes through product and equipment inventory, customer records and effective communication with customers
  • Ensuring enquiries and leads are actioned
  • Ensuring all sites are compliant
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Eager to build their career and learn
  • General Pest qualified (favourable)
  • Termite qualified (favourable)
  • Ability to communicate professionally
  • A problem solver
  • Trustworthy with the ability to work unsupervised
  • Positive and customer focused attitude
  • Current driver's license
Benefits:

We offer a competitive remuneration package including:

  • Attractive base salary + opportunity for overtime (OTE $80k+)
  • Starting from $25.95 per hour + super
  • Once training is completed and General Pest license is achieved, rate increases to $27.61 per hour + super
  • Fast-tracked to Termite license which can be achieved within a further 9 months, resulting in a rate increase to $31.83 per hour + super
  • Company vehicle + phone
  • Opportunity to gain pest control license
  • Commission on leads - 10% of invoice value
  • Additional rewards/incentives
  • Opportunity for overtime, all paid at penalty rates
