Job Opportunity:

Babylon Data seeks an experienced leader to oversee test strategy and execution across multiple projects.

The role will ensure high-quality outcomes in the delivery of digital services by defining test strategies, master test plans, entry/exit quality gates, and risk/defect management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement comprehensive testing frameworks.
  • Lead and mentor a team of testers (manual and automation), providing guidance, training, and fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
  • Support automated testers to design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks using tools such as EasyRepro and MSTest (C#).
  • Ensure integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps).
  • Oversee functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT testing.
  • Track and report test progress, defect metrics, and quality KPIs to stakeholders.
  • Conduct risk assessments and support release go/no-go decisions.
  • Evaluate and recommend testing tools, frameworks, and best practices.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 7+ years of Dynamics 365 CRM/.NET testing experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  2. Demonstrated ability to define test strategies and align them with project goals and timelines.
  3. Proven experience driving testing capability uplift by assessing maturity, establishing baselines, and implementing improvements.
  4. Experience with automation testing and integrating test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
  5. Proficiency in DevOps tools, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and QA best practices.
  6. Strong leadership and mentoring skills with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.

This role is based in Canberra, ACT with a hybrid model of onsite and remote work. Remote arrangements may be considered on a case-by-case basis in consultation with the supervising manager and subject to business needs.
