One of our premium government clients based in Canberra are looking for a Test Lead**. **The contract is for** 12 months **where you will be given the opportunity to make a tangible contribution to the continued innovation and success of this client.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Day-to-day management and work allocation to a small Test Analyst team, and monitor performance and provide guidance
- Complete status reporting and regular updates to Program Manager and Project Manager, and other generic Team lead responsibilities
- Contribute and lead a test team to effectively follow the established agile methodology
- Engagement with Enterprise Test Manager and centralised IT test management capability team as required.
- Engaging with development teams to understand the scope of product releases and develop testing requirements based on business objectives, functional requirements and service level requirements
- Develop test plans, test scenarios and/or test scripts
