Early Childhood Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a key leader in the development of high-quality early childhood programs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, with a focus on leading teams and implementing best practices in program delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with educators to develop and implement engaging and effective learning programs.
  • Facilitate staff meetings and training sessions to ensure excellent practice and ongoing professional development.
  • Implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe and supportive environment.
  • Work closely with centre leaders to drive operational excellence and achieve organisational goals.

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent.
  • Ability to obtain First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Certificates.
  • Understanding of the National Quality Framework and National Education & Care Services Regulations 2012.
  • Experience as a Room Leader or Assistant Director in an early childhood setting.
  • Knowledge of child development and high-quality programming practices.
