Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support a team of dedicated therapists, facilitating group learning, community engagement, staff satisfaction, and success.
  • Collaborate with other managers to drive business development and support the growth of the team.
  • Recruit and onboard new therapists, ensuring a smooth transition into the team.
  • Manage a clinical caseload within your discipline, with the option to reduce it over time.
  • Participate in quality assurance and performance management, ensuring the team meets the highest standards.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, or Psychology, with relevant board membership (AHPRA or SPA).
  • Strong clinical background, ideally within the disability sector.
  • Leadership experience within the workplace.
  • Excellent communication skills and a desire to collaborate with a team.
