Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness
  • Develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans to assist clients in returning to meaningful engagement in occupations
  • Conduct functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic, or activities of daily living assessments to identify clients' strengths and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with clients, employers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support
  • Provide education and training to clients and employers on workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation strategies
