Classroom Teacher Opportunity

The school is seeking a qualified and dedicated Classroom Teacher to join their team on a fixed term basis. The successful applicant will have classroom teaching responsibilities, opportunities for professional learning, and personal goal setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Catholic ethos of the school and foster strong connections with the parish
  • Work collaboratively within staff Professional Learning teams
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents
  • Exhibit leadership in education and faith
  • Provide engaging contemporary learning opportunities across the curriculum
  • Integrate learning technologies effectively across the curriculum
  • Cater effectively for a diverse range of learning needs
  • Analyse student data to drive learning and teaching and inform best practice
  • Demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills
Requirements
  • Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registered
  • Accredited to teach Religious Education in Catholic schools or willing to undertake such accreditation
