About the Job:

This Senior Financial Analyst position requires a strong background in financial analysis and budgeting.

The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing and analyzing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.

A key responsibility of this role is to investigate discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.

In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing internal reporting processes and developing analytical tools.

Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this position.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or Accounting required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting or accounting.
  • CPA designation or progress toward one an asset.
  • Experience with internal reporting and budgeting practices in a private enterprise.
  • Strong Excel skills; Power BI experience a plus.
  • Knowledge of Great Plains and Management Reporter considered an asset.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Positive and creative approach to problem solving.
