Our people, passion, and expertise define us. We have an exciting opportunity for a Centre Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary team at Moonee Ponds Central in Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure outstanding customer experiences across all aspects of the role and asset offerings.
  • Maintain stakeholder communications and deliver community charters.
  • Implement asset plans, prepare business cases, and manage finances to meet objectives.
  • Build relationships with retailers, teams, community groups, authorities, and customers.
  • Maintain asset presentation, monitor retailer performance, and manage arrears.
  • Ensure accuracy of tenancy schedules, income and expenditure, capital expenditure, and marketing budgets.
  • Manage facilities, plant, and equipment, and oversee capital projects.
  • Collaborate with leasing teams to create desired retail mixes and contribute to strategic leasing plans.

As a successful Centre Manager candidate, you will have extensive experience in retail management, strong commercial acumen, and an understanding of financial management. You will also possess problem-solving skills, a professional approach to dealing with customers and retailers, and the ability to execute strategic plans.
