About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Scheduler to join our team in Queensland, Australia. This is a 6-month contract opportunity commencing in early 2025.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert scheduling and project management support to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Use Primavera software to optimize schedules, minimize risks, and maximize value.
  • Develop and update shutdown and major maintenance schedules according to project requirements.
  • Liaise with clients to obtain necessary information for scheduling and project management support.
  • Assist with setting up and managing project costs, budgets, claims, and forecasts.
  • Capture, review, and manage construction progress within Earned Value Database systems.

Requirements

  • Experience in the Power Generation industry.
  • Highly proficient user of P6 (essential).
  • Exposure to all facets of maintenance, planning, and scheduling activities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven track record of maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Proof of right to work in Australia.
