We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Area Manager to join our team at Amazon. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of associates and support their growth and development

  • Review and assist on analysis of data reports to identify performance bottlenecks and improve performance
  • Research and review formal process control and process improvement mechanisms such as Kaizen

  • Demonstrate problem-solving and analytical capabilities
