Your Role
  • Welcome families: Greet parents and guardians, explain play centre rules, and ensure smooth check-in and check-out.
  • Keep kids safe & happy: Supervise up to 20 children, spot hazards, follow hygiene and health protocols, and provide basic first aid when required.
  • Organise & monitor: Manage waitlists, maintain accurate records, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Maintain the space: Keep the play centre clean, tidy, and safe for every little adventurer.
What We're Looking For
  • A fun, friendly, and genuine passion for working with children.
  • Safety-focused attention to detail.
  • A strong communicator who can connect with both kids and parents.
  • Reliability, responsibility, and proactivity in creating a positive environment.
Requirements
  • A current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
  • A valid First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Previous experience working with children (play centres, childcare, schools, or similar).
  • RSA/RCG (preferred).
