Job Title: Compensation Specialist

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of the organization. As a Compensation Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the Finance Manager with all compensation aspects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process fortnightly and monthly compensation for staff
  • Administer Superannuation, Payroll Tax, Child Support, & Workers Compensation
  • Oversee timesheet processes to ensure accurate data capture
  • Reconcile and complete end-of-year STP finalisation
  • Set up and maintain employee card files
  • Respond to employee compensation-related queries
  • Provide reports and information as required by Management, HR, and Finance departments

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in accounting software
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively in a small team environment
  • Previous experience within related industries is desirable
Requirements:
  • Australian citizenship or residency
  • High school diploma or equivalent
