We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee a team of justice officers.
This role requires the supervision and support of staff across multiple locations.
- Lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality administration and operational services
- Provide strategic guidance and support to ensure efficient service delivery
- You should have excellent leadership and communication skills
- A strong understanding of relevant legislation, policies and procedures is essential
- Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams would be advantageous
- A current Victorian driver's licence is desirable
