**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Property Lawyer to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of our property law team, you will be responsible for advising on a wide range of property matters, including complex real estate and infrastructure projects, property development, capital transactions, and sales and acquisitions.

You will work closely with two specialist real estate and property Partners, providing expert advice and guidance on property law matters across the private, public, and government sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on property law matters, including conveyancing, leasing, and property development.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities for clients.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve clients' objectives.
  • Collaborate with other lawyers and professionals to deliver high-quality results.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 3-5 years' experience in property law.
  • Excellent academics and strong research skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • A strong client focus and commitment to delivering excellent results.
