Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Grounds Maintenance Specialist to join our team in maintaining the beauty and safety of outdoor spaces.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires manual handling up to 20KGS and working in a small team environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for mowing, brush cutting, and general landscaping duties, as well as liaising with residents onsite.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance of outdoor spaces, including mowing, trimming, and pruning plants and trees;
  • Performing general landscaping duties, such as edging, weeding, and fertilizing;
  • Liaising with residents and responding to their queries and concerns;
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives;
  • Maintaining accurate records of work completed and reporting any issues or concerns to management.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in a similar role or environment, preferably within a residential setting;
  • Previous experience with yard tools and machinery, including mowers and trimmers;
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, up to 20KGS, safely and efficiently;
  • Positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent customer service;
  • Current driver's license and reliable transportation (preferably);
  • Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and public holidays (if required).
